The Role

As Barrister-Direct continues to grow nationally, we require another Litigation Paralegal to assist with taking claims from issuing through to trial. This role is suitable for an LLB or CILEX Graduate, with a minimum of two years litigation experience.

Compensation: £20 - £25,000 per annum

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate would be responsible for handling a range of matters, including personal injury, housing, construction and financial mis-selling matters, under the supervision and guidance of a Barrister. The individual would be afforded opportunities to learn and gain experience in a variety of practice areas, thus broadening their horizon and increasing their knowledge across the legal field.

Required Skills and Competencies:

The firm is seeking an individual with either a Law Degree (LLB – 2:1 Minimum) or CILEX qualification. The successful candidate will have at least two years experience as a paralegal in a practice area mentioned above. The firm seeks a hard-working and reliable individual with an ability to speak to clients comfortably and at ease, in addition to being able to adapt to new tasks and work, when required.

Please note, the firm is looking for a minimum of 12 months commitment to the role, as full training will be provided.
